Khatuna, has lived most of her life in Batumi, the capital of the Georgian republic of Adjara, which is famous for Adjaruli Khachapuri.

Khatuna can never stop perfecting the khachapuri dough in an unending journey to make it just a bit softer, just a bit fluffier.

Her love for Georgian cuisine has no limits and her passion for sharing and educating both our team as well as our beloved customers is truly fascinating.
